Terms for builders maintaining profiles and receiving leads on Compare My Build.
For Builders: Maintaining an active, accurate profile on Compare My Build keeps you connected with qualified buyer enquiries.
Builder Subscription & Profile Activation
Builders may choose to maintain an active profile on Compare My Build. Active profiles are eligible to receive leads. Inactive, suspended, or removed profiles will not receive enquiries.
Lead Distribution
Leads and enquiries are sent only to active, current Compare My Build subscribers. If your subscription is inactive or cancelled, leads will not be forwarded to you. Maintain active status to receive leads.
Profile Responsibility
Builders are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all information submitted in their profile, including pricing, inclusions, specifications, images, and brochures. Compare My Build does not verify this information independently.
Accurate & Current Information
All profile information must be accurate and kept current. Outdated, misleading, or false information violates these terms. Compare My Build reserves the right to edit or remove listings with inaccurate information.
Profile Removal & Suspension
Compare My Build may reject, suspend, or remove any profile at its discretion for policy violations, inaccurate information, unprofessional conduct, or non-payment. Removal may be permanent without notice.
No Guarantee of Lead Volume
Compare My Build does not guarantee any minimum volume of leads, enquiries, or conversions. Lead volume depends on demand, your visibility, and buyer interest in your region and builder type.
Lead Quality & Responsibility
Compare My Build provides leads as submitted by users. We are not responsible for lead quality, buyer intent, or whether leads convert to sales. It is your responsibility to follow up and convert leads.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Compare My Build subscription at any time by contacting support. Upon cancellation, you will stop receiving leads. Outstanding payments remain due.
Payment Terms
Subscription fees must be paid in full and on time according to your agreed plan. Late or non-payment may result in suspension or removal of your profile and legal action.
Premium Placement
Premium or featured placement may be available for an additional fee. Premium builders may receive higher visibility, featured positions, or additional features. Premium placement does not guarantee lead volume.
Content Ownership
Builders retain ownership of submitted content. However, Compare My Build has the right to edit, modify, or reformat content for clarity, consistency, and compliance with platform standards.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes between builders and Compare My Build are governed by Australian law. Both parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.

- Update your profile regularly with new images and brochures
- Respond promptly to buyer enquiries
- Maintain professional communication with all leads
- Ensure your subscription and profile remain active
