Join Premium by 30 November 2026 and your current Premium pricing structure will be protected for 12 months from your signup date, provided your Premium subscription remains continuously active. If you cancel and later rejoin, current pricing will apply. Additional Areas added during your protected period remain $50/month each.
How Area Pricing Works
Premium includes 1 Area. Need more coverage? Add another Area for $50/month. Regions within each selected Area are included at no additional charge.
Example
South East Queensland — one paid Area. Within that Area, a builder may service relevant Regions such as Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich, Redlands, Moreton Bay, Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast depending on their genuine service coverage.
Builders who join by 30 November 2026 keep the current $149 + $50 Area pricing formula for 12 months while continuously subscribed.
Builder Groups & Enterprise
Custom arrangements are available for multi-brand builders, franchise networks, multiple Builder Profiles and tailored national partnerships.
